Roles & Responsibilities held as an executive included to manage the entire accounting/External audit operations including finalization of accounts and preparing reports ensuring accounting standards, up to data maintenance of computerized accounts, ensure apt data entry of source documents, bills, vouchers, and invoices, while supervising the preparation of various books of accounts & financial statements - Closing entries, provisions for purchases and expenses. Implement systems, policies & processes in consultation with top management to facilitate internal financial control.

Moved on further with added tasks to advise and assist the client in selecting the location for their business, formation and documentation, identification of a national partner if required, assisting in licensing, and complying with legal requirements, business set-up and relocation.

Assist the client in the formation of Offshore Trusts, Foundations and Offshore Companies through expertise available in our associated offices in multiple locations.

Assist in offshore company formations in the Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority (JAFZA) and the Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone (RAKFZA) as we are registered agents for companies in JAFZA and RAKFZA, which facilitates the speedy and efficient completion of registration and other formalities.
